Default "The best drive in poor conditions I've ever had."

A quote from my wife after driving Finn through the six inches of snow (over an inch of sleet) that we got here in the Poconos overnight. I'm hoping - hoping - she can hold out for a few years until I can get her a Cajun. Otherwise, I might be shopping for an additional Cayenne in a year or two...

Nice wheels!

The Cayenne is pretty rock solid in the slop... but I am hoping we don't see any more snow this year!

There's another person on here who used to call his Cayenne Rosie. Other than that, I can't recall anyone else naming their P!G

No. But not ghey names.

I have Precious and The Truck, er... Vlad the Impaler and Fabulous Mr. Excitement.

My old work minivans were Barney and the Jolly Green Giant.

Where do I begin, Divot, oh, where do I begin. All of a sudden "The Trany Expert" is a distant memory

Was this on street or snow tires?

Those are brand new all season (<300 miles). Those are actually my 'summer' tires; I'm planning on going to 235/70/17s come winter.

Cool Nice!

You'll see a definite difference with a set of Snow Tires! I have Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow tires on a set of 17" OEM Cayenne Turbo wheels like yours for Winter and it feels like night and day compared with my all season / summer Michelin Latitude HP Tour performance tires on OEM 19" Titanium Ed. Wheels!

+1 on that. Real snow and ice tires will run rings around any normal "all season" tires in winter conditions. You feel like a friggin' mountain goat.
