[QUOTE]Tell him price is no object, since you are soon to take part in 10% of a $20M windfall from a Nigerian Prince seeking an American investor to help him hide funds. Ask him if he'll accept your assignment of that interest, in exchange for the car./QUOTE]

Now that is funny!

For more fun, post his e-mail on here and let us help bid up the price. Let's see if we can get this thing up to $100K!!

That's a good idea! Since there's not a real car, he'll try to sell it to as many people as possible. I'll ping him telling him that I can't get my credit union to bite, but that I gave his email to a couple of people who might be interested. I'm sure he'll try to sell it to everyone. Then, in a few days, I'll go back and highball him (now I have the money by selling something) and see if he'll then sell it to me as well. How many times do you think he can sell the same (nonexistant!) Cayenne?

I still wish you could call his bluff somehow. Tell him you have an uncle that just so happens to live in whatever city Minnesota. He'd love to come check it out for you, or at least exchange cash in person. That way the "busy" guy doesn't have to mess with shippers.

Go ahead and use me. I am originally from MN and have friends and family there. My in laws live about an hour away from Wilmar. They live in Eagan, MN. Tell them I will stop by to take a look
