Hey,

This morning the Cayenne suddenly decided to tell me "Ignition Lock Faulty"

Obviously it won't start, and now comes issue 2.

I'm in an underground garage (7ft. clearance) and no way to move it...

If this is an issue that requires a tow to the dealer, could I perhaps pull or push it out of the garage in neutral? (Using the front tow hook? or perhaps just pushing it out?)

or could there be damage if its moved while in neutral if the car isn't running?

The plan is to get the car out of the garage and flatbed her to the dealer.

Any input, even on repairs, are welcome!

If its still under warranty -- i would call roadside assistance and tell them to come get it.

If its not -- I would call the dealer and ask what they would recommend -- Can you get it into neutral?

I had this trouble with a MB and nothing worked - under warranty and they came and picked it up

Same thing happened on my 08 cayenne today. What ended up being the diagnosis?
