Mirror wire diagram
I ordered a dimming mirror from an 04 wreck to put in my 06 -- Does anyone know how to get a wire diagram for the mirror?
The connector on it has six wires -- also the mirror may have two LED ambiance lights on the bottom - can't imagine what else they would be. Can someone confirm this?
All I really need to have work is the dimming feature. So I just need to find a switched 12v line someplace.
I guess at least one of the other wires controls the outside dimming mirror on cars so equipped -- just not sure why it would need six.
Thanks for any help - my new route on the weekend is two lane and the truck lights are driving me nuts.

Thanks Loren -- I was not clear -- It is the inside rearview mirror I am referring to.
My car has all kinds of options -- but no dimming mirror. I wanted a CS with the sports seats and the blacked out exterior trim - never thought to look at the mirror.
I do have an overpriced carbon shifter!
Anyway -- The truck lights are beginning to bother my aging eyes and if I am going to keep this car I have to get a working dimming mirror. They should not make any Porsche without one.
I picked up an 04 mirror -- I just have to figure out the wires and getting a connector.

Thanks:
It looks like A4 and A5 send power out to the two outside mirrors to dim them - I do not have the dimming outside mirrors so I will not use those terminals.
A1 and A2 look to be the power for the mirror + and -
What I don't understand are the other two.
A3 connects to the reverse light control -- I'm wondering if this terminal is supplied with power + when you shift into reverse to turn off the dimming so the mirror is not dark when backing up?
A6 is called "inside lights" and connects to "EC Mirror" -- No idea what this is and if it is power in or out.
Any Ideas?

Went by the dealer this afternoon trying to see if I could pick up or order an electrical connector that will mate up with the mirror -- Parts guy tells me he needs the connector number ?? Its not listed on the connector?
I also can not confirm that the dimming feature of the mirror turns "off" when you shift into reverse -- can anybody with dimming confirm this?
The wiring diagram is definitely showing the two (mystery to me) connections as being inputs - most likely the reverse lockout and the other to turn on the small "ambiance" lights located on the bottom of the unit.
Nothing is easy.
