Default Good Aftermarket Warranty's

Are there any good Aftermarket Warranty's that cover everything? Or are the all scams out there? I have a 2008 Porsche Cayenne that I just bought a couple months ago at 58,500 miles. It now has 61,400 miles. I want this car to last me the next 10 years or so. What do you guys think? Thanks.

I have purchased Fidelity through my dealer and have always come out ahead. In my experience, they are very good.
