YOKOHAMA ADVAN SPORT 295/35R21
Got my 2011 Cayenne S with and opted for the new 21 inch Cayenne sport rims and the car came with the above subject Yokohama tyres. I have always used either Michelin or Pirelli tyres and was not happy when given the Yokohama. Dealer can't do anything because it came factory fitted with Yokohama.
I found the tyres to be on the hard side and thought of trading it in while still new in exchange for the Michelin Latitude Sport tyres. Need advice on this decision and anyone thinks that Yokohama is better then Michelin?

Right now, everything and anything is better than Michelin. Michelin has done a great job of destroying their established reputation with their new line of tires.
I have the Yokos on my GTS (also in a 295/35R21) and have mixed feelings about their performance. They're now down to the treadwear indicators (28000 km) and are in need of replacement next spring. Overall, they were fairly good in wet weather, wore pretty much evenly with no flatspotting or out-of-roundness issues whatsoever. The only thing that I don't like about them is that they're noisy.
I'll be trying out the Pirelli PZero or the PZero Rosso next spring. Tire Rack has some pretty good pricing on them and their treadwear index is higher than that of the Yokos which means that I should be able to get a bit more mileage out of them before they wear down to the indicators.

I put Yoko Prada Spec X's on my '06 S over a year ago and love them. I would install them again in a sec. Very quiet and handle everything well (except ice, but they're not snow & ice tires).

I didn't know they didn't come in 21", I have them on 20" aftermarket GTS style rims.
Edit: I guess they skipped the 21" for these tires, wonder why?

I have the Yoko Spec X in 22 on my 05 Turbo and like them. They were on there when I bought it. Had them out in one day of snow and they were great. Also seem plenty capable in the dry and wet.
Cheers
