Not sure if using correct term for the area below windshield which allows rain water to collect and drain. My 2003 drain plugs are plugged. sucked it out because it is so tight in there under plastic cover couldn't see drains. anybody out there have this problem?

Yes, my dealer told me last year when I had the 80K mile service done that the drains were clogged. To clean them out completely they had to do a lot of disassembly - they said trying to blow them out with compressed air would just pop off the hoses down below. About 4 hours of labor IIRC.
