Default How do I make it stop?!?!

Guys, I need your help! I picked up a 2005 Cayenne Turbo the other night. I have an owner's manual on order but I figured you guys might be able to answer my question faster. The car beeps and displays a warning whenever I go above 65 mph. It is really annoying! I checked the limits on the trip computer but none were set. Is there something else I need to disable?

Thanks!

Hey, the poor guy said he didn't have a manual yet and STFF is a real pain for something like this. Cut him some slack!

programmatore, renntech.org has all the manuals downloadable in pdf, you may need to be a member but it's well worth it.

Thanks, Marc! I actually had a follow-up question on how to access the menus but was too afraid to ask! Haha!

Thanks to the link, I was able to download the PDF manual to my iPad and find the rocker switch at the end of the stalk!

I loaned my 05 turbo truck to my folks about 4 years ago so they could drive my aunt and uncle up to Banff from Portland. They had been on the freeway east about an hour and Dad called me about this buzzing noise. He said it would come and go. I asked if doors all closed, everyone was belted in-yep. He handed the phone to my Uncle (navigator) and he mentioned they had been following a Corvette (uncle owns one) but decided to back off when he was up to 100. Asked to talk to my Dad again. Pointed out that I had the speed alarm set at 85 and had intentionally not provided the Valentine for his driving as I did not want to encourage speeding. Asked if he had his Escort and he said no. Suggested he slow down and the noise would disappear.
