Default TSB for oil seepage from bank (1 or 2) turbo plumbing?

was there a TSB for this? Oil Seepage from Bank (1 or 2) Turbo plumbing?
how to tell dealership to check for TSB's in your Cayenne? could they know based on the VIN? or when they finish checking/inspecting the car (after or while having it serviced - e.g. oil change, etc)
