Is your new house in the danger zone?

Bill - thanks for the concern! It's about 30 miles northeast of us, so we're not really in the danger zone. That could obviously change based on weather/wind conditions, but there's no real concern at this point.

Good to hear! Are you that dry out there? I think I remember the early part of summer you saying you were getting plenty of rain.

You're right - we did have a pretty wet summer. However, it has been relatively dry for the last couple of weeks. We've had a couple of showers, but not too much.

So - are you moving to Florida? Is that a permanent thing, or only temporary?

Oh no! I spent the better part of my first 35 yrs. in FL, I won't be moving back. Just going down to visit family for a week. The majority are in Orlando, Astitula and Tampa area.

Good luck with the fire situation, hope you get some rain.
