Default BBA-reman???

Anyone have any experience with using BBA-reman to repair their instrument cluster?

The backlight on my digital display for my 2003 Cayenne turbo went out. If the sunlight hits the display just right (rarely happens) I can see the content.

Also, any links or places to find service instructions for removing the instrument cluster?

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

I have the same problem.... mine has been flickering ON/OFF for the past 6 months. Im not looking forward to replacing it, but it might have to be done... unless its just a "loose" connection that I can fix ??

I had them repair a abs control module on my Audi S4 a few years back. Good customer service and the product worked.

Thanks for the feedback.

Also, I found a pdf write-up on taking out the instrument cluster (actually upgrading non-turbo clusters to the turbo cluster).

Thanks,
Aaron

Since my digital display is out I can't tell the mileage. Occasionally when sunlight hits the display just right I can barely make out some of the information. Any thoughts on reading the current actual mileage prior to taking out the instrument cluster? Can a Porsche dealership read the mileage off of the ECU?

Thanks again,
Aaron
