I've notice the paint starting to bubble up and flake on my 05 turbo on the front and rear bumpers (plastic). Just wondering if anyone else had this issue, and do you think I could whine enought to the dealer to get them repainted under CPO?

Have it on mine. On closer inspection it was resprayed (poorly). Don't know about the CPO covering this, but I'll bet that both of your bumpers were resprayed by a hack.
