Default Per PCNA, Link to Porsche Service Intervals (Up to MY 2010)

Just got off the phone this afternoon with Porsche Cars of North America, this link is for 2003-2006, 2008-2010 MY Porsche Cayennes. Actually, this link has service intervals for every Porsche manufactured since 2001.

http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessori...anceintervals/

Whether you guys choose to sticky or not is up to you, but I've used key words within this thread to help those who are searching via Google.

I just got back from my dealership tonight, and now they're saying that this link is wrong. I'm going to call PCNA again tomorrow to reverify.

Naturally, their statement comes after trying to extort from you over $1K in assumed and scheduled repairs!

Andy, I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am with my dealership.

I brought my car in for tint on Monday, they call me and tell me how Porsche changed the MY 2008 service intervals to 6K for oil change and 36K for spark plugs and major maintenance. I call them back and point them to that link....they tell me it's wrong. I call PCNA, and they tell me it's right and that the dealer is wrong. I show up to pick up my car yesterday and half of my items were ignored for warranty work. They then hand me two quotes

Oil Change + Inspection: $675
36K Maintenance (Spark Plugs): $1,350

I'm looking into using an independent service tech. Hopefully I won't have any problems with warranty work if I go that route. I know I've posted 20 questions this week, but that'll probably be the next one.

/\/\ - I would definitely find another dealer or at the very least use an independent for non-warranty maint work. Who is this dealer?

I had an oil change, inspection, brake fluid flush and tire balance/rotation and the bill was just over $400.

I've done my 2 previous services myself but I wanted them to look it over in case anything comes up in my last year of CPO coverage.
