Default 22" Tires

I was wondering if anyone had experience with Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta Tires? I was looking at the 295/30/22's.

Also has anyone had the 295/35/22 by Yokohama Advant S/T, how was the clearance, experience with them?

Yep. I have 'em. So far, I love 'em. I have 3 different set-ups that I run (I know, I know: overkill) I have the V's on my 22's (305/30/22). I have roughly 6-7k on them. They run smooth, quiet and seem to be wearing well. Plus, I love the tread pattern.

I've run Pirelli P-Zeros, Michelin Diamaris, Hankook Ventus and the Vredestein Ultras. IMO, the V's are very comparable to the Pirellis and Michelins.

How is the breaking on the V's? Seems from the on-line reviews that's were they lack... but the test was on a Audi TT, apples and oranges to our Peppers. Are you running those 305/30/22 on TechArt Formula II's in yuor picture? Also what is the load rating on them in that size? I have a CTTS and want to make sure they can stick with the car, lol.

I am debating on running 3 sets of rims myself, 22s summer, stock 20's (9 front 10 rear) all season (as the temps cool down), and 19s for winter.

I just made the trip to my storage unit today, to put my 22" set-up on. I dunno what I was thinking on my previous post, but I'm running 295/30/22, not 305's as I'd earlier indicated. Brain cramp, I guess. I think maybe I was looking at the 305's, but ended up with the 295's. Who knows??

Anyway, my experience with the braking has been awesome. I've upgraded my brakes (front and rear) with drilled/slotted rotors (TriNET) and ceramic pads (Hawk). The grip and stability of this set-up is great. In fact, I gave it the 'super test' today as I knew I'd be preparing this post. Maybe it was just that I moved from the 20" Hankook set-up, but I thought it was excellent.

Here's the specs: 295/30/ZR22 103Y, Max Load 875 kg (1930 lb).

I hope this helps ya. Good luck.

Thanks, really appreciate it, what psi do you run in the front & rear tires on the 22" setup?

i run the Conti's 295/30/22 on both Cayennes, seem to be doing a better job on the Ruf than on the new Cayenne turbo, but only marginally though
