Default 2009 Cayenne GTS. Price check.

With the 2011's in showrooms, what kind of pricing would make a 2009 C-GTS with CPO an enticing pick. I like the looks of both.
GTS equipped:
QV4 - XM Satellite Radio
UF1 - Universal Audio Interface
9W5 - Bluetooth Phone Interface
2D1 - Enlarged Rear Spoiler
9VL - Bose Surround Sound System
7D7 - 6-disc CD Changer
3Y4 - Roll-up Sunscreens on rear sid
3X1 - Ski Bag
3FE - Moonroof
EXT - All Wheel Drive
1D6 - Trailer Hitch without Hitch Ball
0TD - Floor Mats
PO4 - Light Comfort Package/Memory
PK4 - Heated Front and Rear Seats
PF2 - PCM with Navigation Module
PC3 - Bi-Xenon Headlights with Washe
G0R - Tiptronic S
1N3 - Variable Assist Power Steering
Price $69,900.00 USD
This seems too close to 2011 prices to me.
I have not driven the 2011.
Thanks

What kind of mileage does it have?

I don't think you can purchase a brand new '11 Cayenne S for under $70K. Also, the new '11 GTS is slated to be launched early next year so your comparison is not equal.

Here's a few '09 GTS's on the market. These prices can be lowered by at least $2K and in many cases, more. I know, I purchased mine from a Florida dealer.

Do you have a source or a link for that?

Usually "special editions" only come out after sales of the initial line up start to taper off. I'd be surprised to see a GTS so soon.

Depends on mileage but I'd say it's a little high.

Last week there was an '09 GTS Blue/Black w/ apx 15k mi. at the Nashville dealer (JPA Nashville). May still be there. I know it doesn't have the trailer hitch but I'm sure they could resolve that.

It came straight out of the horse's mouth. My salesman told me a few months ago that PAG will first launch the Cayenne, S, Hybrid & Turbo. Then, in March/April of 2011, the GTS will follow. I forgot to ask him if the Turbo S will also be launched at that time.

Interestingly enough, he obtained his info from a US sales meeting that the CDN dealers attended to this past spring.

WoW!! That's unbelievable! MSRP for a bone-stock 'S' in US-trim starts at $63,700 but it's near impossible to find them anywhere close to these prices as the dealers order them fully-loaded.

Sorry to doubt you there friend!
