I'm a Porsche newbie and I'll be picking up my new 2011 Cayenne S today. The vehicle purchased comes with the standard 18" wheels.

Does Porsche or another company sell the Porsche upgrade wheels? I'd like to be able to upgrade the wheels next year. Also, how does the larger wheel size affect 0-60 performance and speedometer accuracy?

You can get OEM wheels from Porshe. They are more expensive to buy later. Better to order the car with what you want or make your deal with the dealer before you take it off the lot.
