The saga continues...
The Pioneer amps were replaced with Audison - and the problem still persists...![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Now they tell me that its the "Bit One" system causing the problem...
Throughout this process - I was kinda warming up to the idea of replacing the CDR 23 - with something more flexible - for Ipod & Blackberry streaming radio, bluetooth etc.. So I convinced myself to install a Pioneer AVIC-X920BT
They tell me that it's the "Bit One" causing all the grief - and with the head unit I chose - they would not need the "Bit One" or the Dension unit (which was also to be installed).
As a bonus - had this system worked as set-up above - I would have had to manually press a button on the "Bit One" after turning the engine off - to turn the "Bit One" off. I would need to do this only if I planned on starting the engine back up before the "Bit One" had a chance to shut itself off (a few minutes) - or I would get to enjoy a loud explosion through the speakers...
It goes back in on Tuesday...

It was installed in the rear storage space on the driver's side. It's actually hidden in that compartment - so no one knows it's even there - until I turn on the rig ![rockon](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/rockon.gif)
