I noticed my fluid was low so I went and got the "proper" steering fluid for my cayenne. When I went to top it off I noticed it was not the same fluid that I bought??? I bought was "sapose" to go into it and noone ever worked on my car but the dealer till the warranty ran out just me. The fluid in there is the color of oil the fluid I bought was kinda blue the penstin 202 any ideas on what to do or is that the fluid just looks with miles on it ?

Oil contaminated? If there's a leak in the power steering system, you'll get air mixing with the fluid. This may change the color of the fluid. If this is the case I would flush the entire system, replace the strainer (if so equipped) and repair any visible leaks.

Thank you for your input but I have not noticed a leak anywhere but haven't ruled that out. It is only low as in the "low" level on the stick it has not lost loads. That being said it has like 73K and never a problem in the steering area.

I've seen instances where the strainer gets blocked, restricts adequate system flow and the pump cavitates which produces bubbles. Also, check your steering rack bushings for 'wet spots'.
