Howdy - New GTS pig owner
Yep, like the heading states, I pulled the trigger on a 2009 GTS and will be picking her up this Wednesday.
She's black on black with only 5000 miles on the clock. I hope she doesn't need to get warmed up this winter as she hails from sunny Florida. Yikes, hopefully her coolant tubes aren't made of recycled Lego blocks neither!
Now, where do I park my 928?

Montreal is well known for it's diverse ethnic and cultural communities. These communities offer a vast range of excellent restaurants for the distinct palate.
Tell me what you feel like eating and your price range and I'll recommend a few good dining establishments.

Thanks for the kind words guys!
When I first came across this forum, I read a lot of negative posts about some of the early pigs and how they love to spew hot coolant all over the place and chew up ignition packs.
Quite frankly, this worried me and made me study the Cayenne a whole lot more. In the end, what I realized was that as much bitching and cussing about these trucks goes on around here, most of you still hold onto your peppers just the same.
This tells me that either you guys still love them dearly or even if you wanted to give them away for free, nobody will take them off your hands.

Welcome and Congrats! I think your fears concern the poser Pig version of these SUVs with the above mentioned issues (aka Porky Pig Trouble).
BTW, my 2004 Cayenne S Pepper was traded in (for a pristine low mileage CPO 2006 Cayenne S Titanium Ed. Pepper) with over 140K miles and I never had any coil issues nor leaking plastic pipes (knock on wood) other than the usual electrical Gremlins that were eventually sorted out by Porsche in the initial Beta models.

Hey Andy, nice to see you on here! To whomever asked aboout restaurants, I'll suggest one in Old Montreal, Club Chasse et Peche. One of my favorites. For Steak and or Seafood, Queue de Cheval.
Best,
