Are the front floor mats the same size and shape for a 2008+ as they are for the 2006 and earlier Cayennes? More specifically, will part # 955-044-804-63 work in a 2006 Cayenne? Are the connectors the same? I know that at some point they moved from the "twist lock" to a button type connector. Thanks.

My '05 is the twist lock, FWIW...

My '06 had another style mat retainer when I got it, I purchased Lloyd mats for the Pepper after I bought it (fit was terrible, I had another thread w/ photos, a real PITA). Anyhow, the Lloyds needed the twist lock retainer but I was able to order from Porsche parts both portions of the retainer and install them in the Pepper, no big deal. Parts were about $20 front and rear.

I wish Porsche would use the same velcro type BMW uses.
