Ironically, if you look at KBB pricing, the value of the Cayenne has gone up in the last few months. It says my 99K CS is worth between 17 and 21K in trade in value, which is up from what it was 6 months ago.
Still, values are pretty low.
The good news is, I have another Porsche which actually seems to be appreciating.

I do lots of interstate driving. And I think so does Rome. But there's nothing like driving in the city and drag racing with cabbies

Yup...I do the Boston to S.Conn trip several times a month...and, in the words of Johnny Bahamas... "the Cayenne dominates" each time...
BTW-- Does anyone know why my signature has disappeared??? Is this an IB tech issue?

I just accepted a job in Orange County, so my commute will be 70 miles each way. My clock is about to really start spinning. Back in decision mode to keep or sell. 87K on the clock now, 15 mpg, out of warranty.......hmmm. What to do.............

If you've been through and had most the 'common' problems resolved, it would probably be best to run the wheels of the thing. At least then you can be comfortable and know its a safe vehicle. Maybe even wheen it down to 87 octane to save some bucks.

Not sure...doubt it would be highly noticeable. My rental P!g has run fine on 89 for the last month. Only would suggest it if you're just racking on the miles.

Got the scoop on this cayenne.....
It had some body damage, hence the cheaper price and bad pictures hahaha
but it sold, and had all the service records and everything, not a bad deal if it is indeed mechanically sound.....

The only possible way I could see this working for Larry would be if he were placed inside the aforementioned P!g casket, it placed on a raft, set ablaze and cast adrift in classic Viking funeral style.
However, out of respect for the legal teams involved in the case involving a Cayenne that I never owned, it would be better if it were his 04 Cayenne S, assuming PCNA is willing to discuss its whereabouts.
