They said they could add a CPO title and warranty to it for an extra $2700.

I would love to offer around 35k including the CPO, but not sure if that's too much of a low ball.

What do you guys think?

I think certification costs ~$2k plus what they have to do to bring it up to standard, so $2,700 is about right and money well spent. As a side note, sometimes Porsche offers it's dealers discounts on the certification costs so it might really only have cost the dealer say a $1000. Either way, adds $2-$3k in value and certainly makes it easier to sell and it is worth it to you.

A $35k offer with CPO is very fair, just convince them of that and that you'd be a great service customer (assuming your local). That $37k price has a lot of markup in it. I bet they bought it at auction for $30k. For them, the goal is to make around $5k on something like that. Good luck

I bought the same car but with 40K miles a few months back for $37k (inc. CPO). That car was stickered at $40K which is +/- the same as the one you are looking at. I was very happy with my deal.

$35K might be stretching it, but depends how hungry they are.....offer it and see where you go.......

Back in late fall I picked up a Red '06 Titanium S with 24K miles with CPO for $36,500 so I'd say that you are in the ball park. Alot has to do with the cars' condition. I shopped quite a few Cayenne S's and many were trashed (still amazes me how people can neglect thier cars). The one I picked up was in extremely clean condition, so it was worth the extra grand or so versus continuing to search through alot of garbage....
