The VIN say's it is indeed a Turbo S, so there ya go.

The question now is - why is the rear badge changed? Was it wrecked? If so, how bad? A CarFax report should be helpful.

If the VIN belongs to that car, then there you go.

But what a coincidence that the dealer pics don't show either of the two places in the interior, door sill and A/C switch cover, that have "turbo S" written on them.

There is a 911 turbo on ebay that is supposed to have the X50 option (turbo s) but it's not the right year to have Turbo S badge. So they tacked on the S to the end, and are calling it a Turbo S. It's obviously out of balance and looks fake.

Monkeying with the badge only draws attention.
