Here is your solution. On the lock core there is a letter and then a few numbers usually three. Once you find the numbers call Thule or go online to Thule site and they will send you the replacement key. I think the keys are about $2.50 each.

When you resolve this issue I would talk with your dealer's general manager and tell him about the disservice to their customers for not going out of their way to help you and the letter you are writting to PAG reflecting the same above (if that helps).
I would also suggest you tell that service manager to get his head out of his ****....

I read this entire thread because as recent buyer of a gorgeous low mileage 2014 Cayenne GTS I'm interested in Thuie rooftop products. No offense intended here, but when I read your post I couldn't help but think "wow, minds like that are probably cleverly thinking up new ways to slide under the radar with the IRS" LOL!
