This question would best be served by how YOU are going to buy the car. Cash? Finance? Lease?

Full Leather with a ton of options will put the V6 well into the 60's. If you start getting crazy on options- look at the "S". You'll get deep discounts on those.

Let me know if you need any help.

In my '09 I've found the heated steering wheel to be very nice, and that parking assist thing is helpful. Bluetooth doesn't work with my IPhone, I wish either they or Apple would fix it.

PCM cleans up the dash and makes it look more polished, plus you get navigation.
Bi-Xenon's a great feature.
We have Bose stereo and love the sound.
Park assist is a must for a big vehicle, plus it will save money from bumper touch-ups.
Heated seats are a must in cold climates.
Driver's memory is a must if you share the vehicle with another driver.
Light comfort is a must for auto dimming side mirrors when parking.
Larger wheels look much better.
Be careful, the options add up in a hurry.

+1 on all but my annoying park assist. 2 other inexpensive options...crests in seats and rear sunshades.

Rear sunshades are probably the best option for the Cayenne if you have kids--especially at a sub-$200 price.

Unless you are a canyon carver, which is unlikely given that you are looking at a Cayenne I would forego the PDCC. At $3,500, or approx $82/m on a lease it is money you can spend elsewhere.

I beg to differ. PDCC is a heck of an option if u are driving on twisty roads. Makes a comfortable ride. Also makes the car more desirable when you are trying to sell it. I think its a must have.
One more that we have here in Europe which I think is very helpful is the power tailgate. Although if your garage is low, then you have to regulate the thing to stop at a low level and sometimes its annoying.
+1 at be careful they add up...

I agree with the comments on the bigger wheels, as well as the PCM. The xenon lights are very nice also.

In the reasle market it is unlikely that PDCC will hold it's value at the cost new.

Regarding the power liftgate, it is standard on US spec cars.

On my CS and C4S I think the only must have options for me are heated seats and beautiful color! Everything else is ridiculously overpriced but all very nice to have!
