Now if my 993tt clone could seat 4, carry my bike and let me kick GT3 asses on the track - I would be the happiest man alive.....

Until then the Pig has a place...

Just my $0.0000000000032154c worth (adjusted due tot he current financial mess)

That's about what a cayenne is worth after you drive it off the lot

Now.. hold on a minute... You don't say that Cayennes are worth a lot less than you expect or paid for it in this market with fuel expensive, etc. etc. You'll upset those trying to sell their pig.

You have to give kudos to Porsche Marketing.....they are on top of their game unlike any other car company on the planet when it comes to selling variants.......so many shades of lipstick
I do give kudos to Porsche Marketing, but this isn't a new phenomenon. They were making 964 speedsters out of old turbo tubs they couldn't sell, etc., back in the day.

That said, I love the concept of the GTS because you can buy it with a manual. Did anyone? I hope they did because maybe I can buy a used one some day...

+1, Sam. Don't let the curmudgeons on the other side of the argument wear you down. There's a whole legion of curmudgeons over here on your side of the abyss.

Unleash the damn squirrels! I've already shot all the little b#$tards in my back yard, and I enjoy the target practice.

You think Cayennes have lost value? Try selling a HUMMER! I'm thankful that ours is leased and I can hand it back to the dealer next year.

you hit it - the manual on the GTS makes it a great sports vehicle. i saw the number of manuals sold in the US for july - i think it was 3% of the total. in Canada it was something like 5%.
