Hybrid

I think the Cayenne Hybrid is mainly created to meet certain corporate objectives, such as:
- Improving corporate image. Porsche can claim that they care about being green.
- Meet future regulations around fuel economy.
- Be a test bed for Hybrid development in other future vehicles.
They really should be paying you to buy such a car.

26 mpg is crappy? for a 5k lb truck?
That what my 3200 lb sports car gets on the hwy.[/QUOTE]
Well, that's only about 6mpg more than the current V6. I am guessing the hybrid will be about $10 grand more. At $5/gallon, and 20K miles/year, it would take you almost 9 years JUST TO BREAK EVEN. Yes, in my book that's crappy.
