how do you get one for a used car with a expired warrenty?

If it isn't CPO'd from a Porsche dealer, shop aftermarket online--just be careful as to what is actually covered/not covered (is it inclusive or exclusive) and what the deductible is.

Opinions vary. Aftermarket warranties are very expensive and so are some Cayenne repairs. The more you want covered, the more expensive it will be. It all depends on how risk averse you are and how much you are willing to shell out up front. And some of the companies may not still be around when it comes time to file a claim.
