Question Mobridge releases bluetooth

Anyone know what the deal is on us poor guys that installed Mobridge ipod interface BEFORE they added bluetooth. I think I paid around 500 bucks and I saw the bluetooth is listed at $799.

Questions:
1.When is out - press release says March
2. How does it plug in? Do we need to pull the old box out or is it some type of add on?
3. How much to upgrade or do we to spend another 799?

Mudman and madfox any ideas? Or you guys beta again?

I had no CDC so I installed in the back....

according to the mObridge group buy post we will need to swap out the unit with the upgraded one - no idea on an upgrade price though

I'm guessing they integrated a Parrot OEM Bluetooth module into their design, quick and easy.

WTF?!?!?! You have to be kidding me!!!! They did a group buy with the knowledge that there would be a major upgrade? I'm assuming there is some kind of deal for those of us that just bought the iPod box?

The BT Version is NOT YET AVAILABLE. it is just entering test and I doubt anyone will see any for at least a month maybe more depending on how testing goes.

I checked with mObridge the website info was being tested and left up by mistake. They are getting ready to launch the Parrot based device. I have no information on pricing, however it is my understanding that it is a simple device swap which means that you trade in your group-buy device and pay the difference, nothing is lost.

I do not think there will be enough numbers for a group buy on the BT swap unless I hear different.

Maybe this should be posted in the original Mobridge group buy thread?
