Under warranty? Or did you have to dig?

I was under warranty at the time but the battery is not covered so I had to pay anyway...

I am about to get nekid (July) on an Apri 2004 build. Never had any issues, BUT ... I have trannsmission control box scheduled for June. Just got the coils replaced. Would it be a good idea to report that I have "X" problem, where X is the Cardan Shaft conditions. If so, what is X? Humming noise at speed? Vibrations? Any help would be appreciated.

Let me see....according to my SAT study guide, then the "problem" is "the Cardan Shaft Conditions"

Did I get that right? If so, just tell them that, without the formula.

In any case, any valid complaint that you report before the warranty runs out could, in theory, be helpful. Many people here can weigh in on whether theory ever bears on reality.

Here's the story they gave me: When the car was finished, they brought it over to be washed. Someone left the key in the ignition, and hence the car did not go to sleep. When I went to pick it up, the battery was low, it tripped the steering angle sensor and the PSM warning light came on.

They charged the battery all day, and it drove fine homw, and to work today.

Another tech rep BS meter going haywire again?
