Default Cayenne Facelift Kit...

Is there a Cayenne Facelift Kit available? I've seen the TechArt one. Too wide (8") fenders to my liking. Anyone makes a stock-looking one?

Thanks!

Sprint.

Err... I mean is there a kit out there to convert a 2003 Cayenne Turbo to a 2008 look one with the new headlamps and all?

Thanks!

Alvin.

I've been curious as to this too. As far as I can tell you'd need:

Front Bumper with inserts
Front Lower Valance with fog lights
Fenders, L&R with inner liners
Hood
Headlights with brackets.

This is ASSUMING (and that can be dangerous) that EVERYTHING else is identical, which it probably isn't.

Even if it WAS possible, I'd estimate the cost in parts alone to be $5000.

Someone would need to closely examine an 08 NEXT TO an 06 to determine if the "sub-body" was identical.

The REAR looks similar, tailights, upper and lower bumper covers and a rear deck lid complete with glass, roof spoiler, etc... probably a new wiring harness or two also...

Total cost of doing the swap... maybe $9000 in parts?

Having said that... I believe that over the next year or two... SOMEONE will perform the swap as parts become more easily available non-new.

I just dont see why you would go to that much trouble.. it'll cost you $20K for sure..

that should pay the depreciation on your car to get you into an 08.. 500HP, pdcc.etc.etc..
just my 2 cents

Old thread I know but I came across this website which may be of interest to some. Scroll down the first page and click on the 07 Cayenne Look box on the bottom left of the page.

Mmmmmm...

Guess that means that the 08 parts ARE interchangeable.

Note the CRAZY pricing, though...
