What, you actually WASH a Cayenne?
Next thing you'll tell me is that you wash the wheels and DON'T use a Brillo pad.
That having been said, I'd suggest wandering down to the detailing/concours forum.
PM Anthony Orosco, forum detailing wizard and ask him.

I just pay someone every couple months to detail it.

Oh, it's not for the the Cayenne. There's not a scratch or swirl makk on it.
Always touchless wash since day one, then dried with micro fiber or a baby diaper.

Rome and Yetis,
When I die, can I come back as one of your cars?
When people notice how dirty the Cayenne is, my response is "It's a TRUCK!" Maybe a really fast truck, but a truck, nonetheless.
While gassing up yesterday, I was complimented by the dually driver on the next aisle for the amount of mud caked around my wheel wells and bumpers. Said he'd never seen a Porsche look so good. When I showed him the nearly worn, don't-try-this-at-home summer tires that got me through all that slop (note casual reference to ltc's "pig" reflex), his surprise was registered in language not fit for a family forum. He asked if I was going to run it through the wash at the gas station. I told him that's what rain is for.
Actually, I did spray it off with the hose when I got home, but just to keep the mud out of the garage. I do get it washed - whenever I take it in for service, which, since mine is a late '05, hasn't been too terribly often (knocking on simulated wood).
Anyway, to get back on topic - Rome, I have used this product on a shallow, wide scuff mark on a white MB and it worked pretty well. How it would have worked on a darker paint job, or a deeper scratch, I can't say. Good luck!
