Somehow one of the keys had a crack in it as it was delivered to me. It looks like someone tried to bend it out of the ignition (the actual metal part of the key is bent!). I'm glad I caught it because its so bad that it could have got broke and stuck in the ignition which would have been really bad. I'm also thinking that a trunk mat is going to be a must!

If, however, you do have option 9W1 installed, all you need is a SIM card from either T-Mobile or ATT or whatever other GSM cell carrier that might service your area. Pop that chip into the SIM slot, and you are in bidness (as we say down here). Note that option 9W1 is a GSM phone only! That means that your Verizon or Sprint service will NOT work on this phone - no matter how much you beg Verizon, Sprint or Dr. W.
I have the option on my car, even though I had to go for yet another SIM card (a pre-paid one from T-Mobile) because I did not want to be moving my "normal" SIM from phone to car and back. Now if we were using any GSM carrier outside of the US, we could have TWO SIM's tied to the same cellular number. That, my friend, is the ticket.

What about that AV button on the PCM module? Again, either the manual I have is incomplete, I am missing an entire manual, or I am REALLY daft
