I had a shop put in clear side markers on my Cayenne S, and now I find that the side markers don't blink when turn signals are on.

My questions are:

1. Are they supposed to blink?
2. What could they possibly have done wrong? Was there a bulb they forgot to install or transfer from the old units?

They only blink in Europe, US models do not have the wiring to make them blink but there are some hacks out there to do it
