on a more serious note...

keep every scrap of paper, and be sure that you have the billing from the towing and everything, INCLUDING something showing the day it died and the day that you got/get/will get it back. start a folder, and keep everything. make sure they give you something every time you take it in. if you need this later, fine. if not, think how you will be able to sell it with "complete maintenance records".

you are not off to an auspicious start.

If the vehicle is still within the first 18 months from the original in service date or 18k miles, then it falls within lemon law territory.
