Default OT: Customary Cayenne Forum Vacation Pics

We spent the holiday week at our place in Miami. So many sweet rides down there I didn't bother taking pics this time...BUT...I did include a couple of "paparazzi" shots (below) from the Delano...

- Paparazzi at work
- Jaime Lynn Sigler (a/k/a Meadow Soprano) (She's the one on the right)
- Kimberly Stewart
- "One for the Boys" (to quote EnigmaWmn)

I know, the older dude looking away cracks me up. But believe me, there was so much to look at on that beach it wouldn't surprise me AT ALL if he was photographing something even better.

The area he was looking at included a conclave of celebs including Jessica Alba, Lohan, Jaime Lynn, Robert Iler (a/k/a Anthony Soprano Jr.), KS and her crew and some others. Plus, there were more non-celeb hotties than you could shake a ... ahhemmm..."___ in a box" at. I could post some more pics but I think the moderator would pull them down.

Miami is really a blast for people watching during the big vacation weeks, and that 3-4 block stretch from the Delano at 17th St. to the Setai at 21st is basically the center of the bulls-eye.

rome, the last time I saw women dressed like that was Barcelona! Here in Oregon, I am sure our local Sheriff would throw out some axe-murderers to put these ladies in his jail!

We'll, its not quite as catchy as MadFox's Christmas jig, but Will Smith summed it up pretty well in the 'old school' rap-- "Welcome to Miami"-- which goes like this--

uh- miami yeah, yeah...south beach, bringing the heat- jig it out, uh

verse 1:
here i am in the place where i'com to let go-miami
the bass and the sun set low.
Everyday like a mardi gras- everbody party all day
no work- all play, ok

so we sip a liitle something, leave the rest to spill.
me and charlie at the bar running up a high bill
nutin; less than ill when we dress to kill,
and every time the ladies pass they be like "Hi will"

Ya'll feel me
All ages and races,
Real sweet faces, every single nation
Spanish, Hatian, indian jamaican,
Black, White, Cuban or Asian

I only come for 2 days of playing, but every time we come
we always wind up staying.
This the type of town i could spend a few days in,
Miami the city that keeps the roof blazing.

chorus:
Party in the city where the heat is on.
All night on the beach til the break of dawn
Welcome to miami (bienvenido a miami)
Bouncin' in the club where the heat is on
All night on the beach til the break of dawn.
I'm going to miami, welcome to miami

verse2:
Yo i heard the rain storms aint nutin to mess wit
but i cant feel a drip on the strip, its a trip.
Ladies half dressed, fully equipped,
and they be screamin out
"will, we loved your last hit!"
So i'm thinking i'ma scoop me something hot
in this salsa/merengue melting pot.
HOttest club in the city and its right on the beach.
Tempature, get to ya'- its about to reach
500 degrees in the carribean seas
with the hot mommies screaming "Ayy papi"
Everytime i come to town they be spotting me,
in the drop bentley, aint no stoppin me.
So cash in your dough and lets flow to this fashion show.
Pound for pound anywhere you wanna go.
Yo, aint no city in the world like this, but if you ask how i know,
i gotsta plead the 5th, miami!

repeat chorus

Dont get me wrong Charlotte Town got it going on
and New York is the city that we know dont sleep.
And we all know the LA and Philly stay jiggy, but on the snake,
Miami bringing heat for real, ya'll dont understand.
I never seen so many dominican women w/cinnamon tans.
"Mira, this is plan, take a walk on the beach, draw a heart in the sand, give
me your hand. Damn! you look sexy, lets go to yacth in the west keys, ride my
jet skis, lounge under the plam trees."
Cause you gottta have cheese for the summer time piece on south beach.
water so clear you can see to the bottom.
$100,000 cars, everybody got em.
Aint no place in a club to see sly stallon, miami, my second home.

repeat chorus 3 times

Hard to pity anyone spending time in a beautiful spot like paree...and I'm sure my pics will be no match for what you come up with even in the crappy weather.

If you have had one too many French meals, try Chez Vincent for Italian. Leave it to them to serve what they think is best. The father makes the salads in front of you in the dining room, the mother is the maitre d' (if you could call her that), and the bothers are the waiters. Incredible food, but it is a hole in the wall--5, Rue du Tunnel in the 19 ème. Vincent (the father) is a character and will scold you if you don't finish your food. His salad is a meal in itself. They book up quickly--it seems to very popular with locals and some Italian Hollywood-types.

Have fun in Paris--my favorite city in the world!
