Default XM Radio Install in 2005 Cayenne Turbo

Anyone know if it is possible to have XM radio installed in a 2005 Cayenne Turbo (PCM with Bose Stereo) so that the XM radio works through the PCM? If so, any details on the application? Thanks...

Yes.
It is a standard Porsche Tequipment AfterSales kit/item. The TSB is rather lengthy and well documented, ~ 12 pages. You probably don't want to be around during the install.....LOTS of stuff/panels/trim removed. The TSB has been posted here before IIRC. Your dealer should be able to assist you with this, no problem.

FWIW, the Cayenne Sat Radio kit is currently being used by the 997 folks, since PAG STILL hasn't officially released the SAT radio kit/option yet.

Hmmn, wonder who could have possibly told them that the Cayenne sat kit would work in the Carrera/Boxster? .....oh, never mind.

Now, now....... I'm certain that no member of this august body would do such a thing! Even if they did..... Ummm, never mind!

Agreed.
However, it was pretty funny to watch PAG and PCNA's reaction to the sudden increase in Cayenne Sat kits sales, then figuring out they were not going into Cayennes and putting a temporary halt on further sales/kits while they tried to figure out who opened Pandora's box.
