Does anyone know what wheels these are? The dealer says they are 20" Turbo Design wheels? Are they factory?

I don't believe those are available in 20" sizes, at least not PAG OEM (factory):

(they simply look like 996TT wheels)

Simple enough to verify....either look at the tire and see if it's an 18 or 20".....or get a tape measure.

BTW, these are often referred to as Cayenne 'Turbo' design wheels, 18"

Those are Replica Turbo Twists. They are 1000 Miglia Cup 3's. Note in this picture the polished lip, factory twists don't have that.
