I would like to meet the person who you said seemed to have his **** together.
QUOTE]
Lewis-- Just to be clear, I didn't meet the person or witness the proceedings...the goings on in court were reported to me 2nd hand by someone I meet at a party and know only casually.
However, from searching the docket I do know that the plaintiff's name is "Desai" and that he sued PCNA and IRA (actually about the time your Christmas tome was posted) for breach of contract and similar claims. (I have not read the full Complaint).
There appear to be some fireworks in store for the fall based on discovery closing in late August and a deadline to submit summary judgment briefs in late September.
P.S. My '06 CS now has almost 20K miles on the clock and it has been flawless. Best car I have ever owned...Pass the Kool-Aid.

No idea at all about the individual or the case. I'm just glad that you have exhonorated me from this case.
However, I must say that as a proud member of this forum (lifetime forum member thru the MadFox previous owner grandfather clause IIRC), I am ashamed/embarassed/outraged that someone would have the AUDACITY to make a claim against PAG/PCNA that there is something wrong with the Cayenne's electrical compatability to trailer lights.
We are talking about the Cayenne here, a vehicle design that was brought down from upon high by Moses for Christ's sake....perfection in SUV design, the highest resale value SUV on the planet.....highest in JD Power's initial quality surveys.
This "Desai" character....wonder if he's a member of this forum.....wonder if he read some of "Larry's" previous posts.......wonder how his case is going to turn out ........
Excellent job Rome. If you can, please keep us informed.

I'd have to upload them from home.
Or, you could always wait outside the Essex District Court and see if the car is parked out there someday.......
I am not "Desai".
I love PCNA. Wait.....why am I expecting a Darth Vader/Luke Skywalker moment....
Peter Schwarzenbauer: ltc, I AM your father !
ltc: No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In case anyone is wondering about the license plate, if you tour PAG/Zuffenhausen, you will see parts marked 'Top'; the 911 Turbo is referred to as Top. The other models go by their usual numeric designation, 996, 987, etc......
