I have a 40th Anniversary car for fun. I am considering a Cayenne to replace my current everday car.
I wanted to get opinions from current owners regarding dependability, etc as a daily driver.
New Cayenne or '05 Cayenne S? Not considering a Turbo because my 911 serves that purpose.
20" Technos worth it? Any other "must have" options?
Thanks for your input.

Air suspension and Xenon lamps. Get the hitch, if there is ANY chance of towing.

Cayenne S is my daily driver. Parktronic is useful for handling tight parking spot. I haven't yet put on my new 20' sport techno as it is still snowing in Vancouver as of today.

Would go with the stock steering wheel as it is heated. I love the heated wheel, PASM, parktronic, hitch, collaspible spare, XM radio. Can you get Bluetooth now on a P car/truck?

05 CS is my daily and am pretty happy with it. It replaced an '01 Audi S8 and I don't miss the old one at all. The PASM is a must and I had the 20" Sport Designs but recently upgraded to 22" CECs. The only option I wish I had is the parking sensors.

The Bi-Xenon system also includes a headlight cleaning system to maintain optimum brightness at all times.
The Cayenne and Cayenne S are equipped with a high-performance halogen headlight system. The Bi-Xenon headlights are available as an option.

I've got 60K miles with PASM and only have had a few of the false "PSM Failure Workshop + Air Suspension Failure Workshop" messages appear.....shut the car off, beat it with a baseball bat, start it back up and the error messages are gone.
I'll skip the time or two the car would change ride height all by itself.......THAT was interesting.
