Nice story. I too love the Whites Sands pictures and still can't believe your great gas mileage. I do just about all city driving and average about 12 MPG racing from stoplight to stoplight. I'm also partial to the color--love it on my CS.

Wow, neighborhood indeed, 356! Watch for my carmon red CTT and I'll do the same in watching for your silver (?) CTT!
Statman - where in Wisconsin are you from? We have a house in Appleton where I have my company, although I don't have a P-car there, they did just get a Porsche dealership...

I've heard a lot of various terminology when it comes to modifying a cayenne, but this is a first time I've come across "Led & Pink". Can someone, please, clarify? :-D

I have the same whistle. They put some silicone in the seam that didn't help - I've seen posts that imply that it may be the autobahn tape. Good luck! It goes away after 140mph when you bring the mirrors in

Simple enough to merely ask for the TSB to be done.
BTW, no I don't believe it is the Autobahnd film applied; I believe it's simply the design of the seal...which is addressed ONLY if you complain about it (hey, that's what the TSB says)

The whistle also stops ifin you teach the vehicle the words.

Simply rotate the **** on the driver's side A pillar to the 6 o'clock position (CW or CCW) and the mirrors will electrically retract (at any speed).
Interesting to note the wind noise changes.
