Default My cancelled Cayenne Arrived - For Sale

I cancelled the 06 CS I had on order, unfortunately it was too late for the dealer to cancel it. It came in to the dealer yesterday and they need to sell it. I have no interest here, other than to tell you this vehicle is available for immediate delivery, and they will want to move it so someone may get a deal. It is equipped to the max. Salesman is Erik Niehoff, at Brandywine Porsche 610-886-1000 or 877-666-2884.

I knew as soon as I read down the options list and saw 'TRAILER HITCH' someone would think of me
OK, I'll put your idea down as 'PLAN B'

I am still thinking of going with 'PLAN A' :
driving my Cayenne THRU the front doors of PCNA headquaters, parking it in the elevator lift.....and claim that it was caused by a combination of:
1. DME hesitation
2. 2 windshield wipers that sound like an elephant's *** being dragged across sandpaper and not doing a very good job of clearing the windhsiels
3. I was distracted by the rear hatch opening all by itself as I pulled into PCNA parking lot.
4. I couldn't see in front of me, as I was blinded by the continuous "!" on the dashboard.
5. My vision was blurred due to steering wheel vibration with 20" tires and a bad Cardan shaft
6. I couldn't see (due to the brake dust cloud that envelops the Cayenne at each stop) or hear (due to the squealing pads)
7. I couldn't see 5' in front of me due to the complete loss of vehicle lighting (yes, I was bringing the trailer down to PCNA ..... dont' ask what was in the back...OK, ask......ALL the service records, which just fit in a 20' trailer)
8. I could not see due to the sweat pouring into my eyes, as the A/C compressor had grenaded, sending shrapnel thru the entire system and causing it to be replaced in its' entirety.
9. The condensation in the headlights limited my forward visibility.
10. The shine from the "A506 cowboy belt buckles' temporarily blinded me.
11. The Cayenne had decided to go into 'pogo' mode, where it decides to change ride height seemingly at random.
12. When I stepped on the brake, the rear window went down all by itself.

NO jury in the country would possibly find me guilty

I did remove the "cowboy belt buckles'....luckily before they left their marks on the leather seating.
They are long gone......sent to our elustrious leader down in Atlanta as a gift.

Glad I can still make some people laugh/smile.....even Cayenne towing owners/survivors

I have come to refer to Cayenne ownership as:
"The Cayenne is never really fixed....it's just in remission at the moment"

Tom,
I feel fine, thank you for asking.
It's just more fun complaining about the Cayenne's 'personality', rather than the usual boring forum talk.......or at least I think so.

Lewis, sounds like you got a lemon CS and should be given a new CS after enacting the proper Lemon law rules in place in your State's DOT.

I agree that for a new vehicle I had to make several trips to the dealer for sorting out all of the electrical gremlins and updating recalls (incl. the back seatbelt cowboy beltbuckles recall)!

I fortunately have no further issues with my CS at just over 40K miles (knock on wood).

Good Luck!

Frank,
Thank you, however PCNA does not share, nor agree, with your suggested remedy concern.
I do not have a 'lemon' and they further state there is nothing wrong with my Cayenne.

I know I felt a lot better once I got that letter in the mail, because I was worried there for a while.
Besides, after a while, you get used to total lighting failures when towing at 3AM on your way to a relaxing day at the track.

Sorry to hear about your current predicament. Hope you cansolve this very frustrating issue(s) with PAG soon.
