Loud resonance inside cabin

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that my CS has a very loud (and annoying) resonance inside the cabin when I start my car and drive for the first few minutes. This typically happens after a long period of not running (like in the morning). It has gotten noticably colder in DC over the last few weeks and I'm wondering if that could be part of it. This car was purchased from a dealer in Texas. Not sure if maybe some of the fluid is not ideal for the cold weather?

On average several minutes (10-15 minutes). I've tried everything to flush out the cause. moving to lower gears to boost revs, coasting, etc. It seems that all of a sudden it just goes away.
It is not the kind of resonance that would come from a nice exhaust note, this is like shaking the car (but not in the way an unbalanced wheel would).

Loose/broken weld on a baffle inside the exhaust perhaps?
If it's consistent and reproduceable and under warranty, have the dealer take a listen..

I have the same problem. Have only noticed it when starting the car after leaving it outside on a cold night. It typically goes away after a few mins. Im located in NYC and the eastern end of Long Island.

OK this has me stumped ! I cannot say I have any idea what this may be.
The only droaning noise (wummering) I know of is the Cardan Shaft (main drive) on early 03/04 models this was the cause of many a droan (groan). Shaft replacement cured this.

Beside a possible Cardan Shaft issue it is a fact that the wehicle is heavy. I have the same rumbling and have found that the tires are getting somewhat deformed over the night. The deformation is temporarly and dissapears after a 10-15 min. drive.

I recall being in Minnesota in February. My car was frozen to the ground and wouldn't move. Had to get a tow truck to 'tap' the rear bumper.
IIRC, the air temperature that morning was -23F.
Cold......you're funny.
