Why can't Porche do a Baja 1000
I pitted for the BMW Moto Race team Last Fri.
We had a night pit at the end of a 2km portion of blacktop with a hard left up a 20% dirt slope.
Herbst of Terrible Herbst Gas fame had 2 top flight cars 6,000 lb +.
He and others in his class took that hard left in full power slide making it a high speed sweep. Whooofff..........
Anyone interested in throwing that up for consideration to US porche? I'll help to the extent I can. The turbo would be the truck....
They could use the promo... falling sales , etc.....

I did some research on the classes.
Hummers 1&2 run in the sport truck class. I don't know if it's brand specific. If it isn't - there were only a few entrants. so a win is possible.
Now how do you outfit a Pepper for 20" travel shocks in front & 30" in rear.
