The Cayenne socket size is 19 mm. As for torque wrenches there are many choices and most of them use half-inch sockets. The torque setting for Cayenne lug nuts is 118 ft./lbs. so the wrench must include that in its range.
If you are looking to buy a new torque wrench the most typical ones for this application are 15-18" long. If you are buying a new one stay away from the cheap "needle and scale" ones and get a click-click or dial wrench. Unless you are a pro who insists on Snap-on or Mac, a decent Sears Craftsman click-style wrench is reasonable quality at a reasonable price.
If you get a click-style wrench remember to losen it to 25 ft/lbs or less during storage. Try to avoid dropping or abusing a torque wrench - it is an instrument that will lose its calibration if misused.
