No kids....so we are DINK's...
JARO--What a coincidence...We were a two bad-*** dog family, too, until last weekend. Also a mini schnauzer (all black) and a Yorkie (blond), both males. Now we have Princess Lola as well, a Chihuahua, but thinks she is a Rottweiler. It is way too much fun to watch her run rings around the 2 year old Yorkie!

Thoughts from any other old FARTS??.. or do you Flat Belly youngsters think that the trend is younger for Porsche because the mentality is "why should I wait till I'm my Dad's age to get my Porsche??"

And Hey, tongue in cheek here --- not trying to start a war between the states... er I mean the older/younger Cayenne owners<@
MadFox LOL! I could pick an older age to smooth the soul, I just picked it due to my hours that I work. I am aging at a rate faster than wanted
But I also expect to quit early.

As far as age goes, it seems like the average age in our region of the PCA has steadily crept upwards since I joined 34 years ago! I had a 914 when I joined (still have it BTW) and there were younger members because the cars weren't as expensive as they are today. I wonder what the average age is in some other forums compared the Cayenne- its demographics are probably different than the sports cars- of course, there are a lot of people with Cayennes that are long time Porsche drivers who needed an SUV, like me. I must admit that when Porsche first talked about doing a SUV I wasn't too thrilled, especially when they dropped the LeMans program to do it. I must say, for all around use, it has become the most popular vehicle in our household...you forget how much it weighs when you're driving it!

Hmmm, you only work 45 hours/week? Quit early? Ahhh, grasshopper-san - when you get a little older you will come to realize quitting isn't all it is cracked up to be. I know quite a few guys who've retired for maybe two years and then "piddle" with a small business or go back to work albeit something that doesn't require those arduous 45 hour/workweeks -- Ha!

My wife still turns my head...damn she is good lookin'! Every once in awhile she catches me "checkin' her out" and just smiles back. I suppose that is normal for someone who has only been married since this past May! Speaking of just married...maybe we should "break in" the new CS....that front seat does lay down flat. Ooops, is that too vulgar for here?
That could be a whole new thread couldn't it?
