Default PSM turned off..WOW!

Turned off my PSM for the first time today after reading all about the "lag" issues. What a difference that made! Starts out in 1st gear, shifts feel more defined and crisp (up and down), all around it feels more like a performance feel. Not sure how else to describe it, except different and better!
Now I need to get pipes and new air filters. They will be on my Christmas list for sure!

Let me just tell you that it is night and day diff.
It got even better after the dealer did the DME upgrades. IMO it seems Porsche updated the computer to make PSM OFF the way the 450hp monster should be driven!!! and PSM ON is for the soccer moms not to spill the groceries in the back...
I have to admit though after a weekend of driving with PSM off the gas tank emptied real quick!!
One of the most impressive things I noticed while having PSM off was how nicely it holds the gear through a turn...you enter the turn in 2nd or 3rd let of the gas a little which "engine brakes" just enough and then romp on it and it just blasts out of the turn...no downshifting or anything....that feeling is completly insane....it also sounds nice too!! Much better than normally entering a turn in 5th gear doing 40mph
