Before/After Cayenne Turbo dyno

+38hp peak and +53ft/lbs peak plus a huge bump in torque and hp from 3500-5000rpm.
Peak hp uncorrected was 394 and peak torque was 417.
I'm still not 100% sure on how running on the dynojet dyno with the center diff locked and using the low range off road gears affects the dyno pull. Pruven said it's reporting lower than it should because turbo engines are load based and since the gearing is so low, there isn't enough time to load up the turbos. The actual pull lasted less than 3 seconds to go from 3500rpm to redline.
That said it is a monster on the street. I can easily break the tires loose in 1st gear WITH the traction control on. It is now fast enough to scare the hell outa me, and that's not easy to do. The car is way more responsive even under casual driving, low rpm/high gear settings and the boost comes on faster.
Showing 0.8 bar on the boost gauge and it holds till redline, unlike stock were it drops from 0.6 to 0.5 once peak torque is reached.
