Exclamation Low oil Level Monitering Fault

Yesterday, when i was driving my cayenne S (2005) a warning comess on Low oil Level Monitering Fault ... and the oil temp. also failed .. i don't know what cause it ..is it a sensor ??

i dunno, my low oil light comes on every month or 1k miles (for the last 10k miles and 10 months) so i put a quart in when it does.

The oil level is measured by a sensor that briefly heats the sensor, then monitors the sensor temperature, monitors the oil bath temperature and calculates the level based upon the temperature versus time response.

So, yes these faults are related.
