Default 15k Service

I just got off the phone with my dealer.
He is asking $350 for the 15K service on my Cayenne S, is he for real?
How much should it be?
Thank you in advance.

15K service? The service schedule for Cayennes are 20K...
Price sounds reasonable, though some dealers are running specials at about 200 dollars.

I replaced my wipers and just did tire rotation which is part of the regular 20k service so i should be around $300. Make sure you ask what is involved. Oil change is about $200 and rest is bunch of check, tire rotation and wipers.

the 15k involves a bunch of visual / computer checks, and an oil/filter change.

just to be clear it is not a air filter change...it is oil filter change..They only blow out your air filter.

Worth is relative. Air filters are not that costly but it really might depend on where you drive. Some areas are more dusty than others. I change my air filter every year on all my cars.

My manual says 20K miles or 30K kilometers for first "minor service" with follow on minor service every 40K miles or 60K km after that. First major service at 40K miles or 60K km, with follow on major service at 40K miles or 60K km intervals.

So, every 20K miles or 30K km you have either a major or minor service done. Nothing about 15K service. Is it different for 2003 or 2005 model years?
